These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is operated by Vivien Annett Hoffmann("we", "us", "our"), Lindenstr. 17, 06123 Lommatzsch, registered in Germany. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of Subscrisaveme after the posting of the revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. 2. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of the App due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to keep your account information secure and confidential. 3. User Responsibilities 3.1 Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the App for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: Engaging in any activity that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. Committing fraud or engaging in deceptive practices. Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or any other harmful code. Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. 3.2 Content Users are not permitted to create, upload, or share any content on the App. The App is solely for planning and managing video streaming subscriptions and does not support content creation or sharing. 4. Subscription and Payments 4.1 Pricing Model The App is free to use, but users can donate small amounts of money for supporting the operating costs of the App. The donations are handled by ko-fi.com 5. Privacy and Data Protection 5.1 Data Collection We collect your email address solely for functional purposes, such as account creation, password recovery, and notifications related to your use of the App. 5.2 Data Usage We use your email address to communicate with you regarding your account and to provide you with information and updates about the App. 5.3 Data Sharing We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights. 6. App Usage 6.1 Availability We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. There may be times when the App is unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control. 6.2 Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. 6.3 Regions At the moment, we only support streaming information for United States. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 7.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 7.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). The place of arbitration shall be Germany, and the language of arbitration shall be English. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 General Limitation To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the App. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App. 8.2 Cap on Liability In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the past six months for the use of the App. 9. Termination 9.1 Termination by User You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us at contact@subscrisave.me. 9.2 Termination by Us We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe termination is necessary to protect our interests or the interests of other users. 9.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination of your account, all your data will be deleted from our systems. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from the termination of your account. 10. Changes to Terms 10.1 Amendments We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. 11.
